Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
